| 抄録: | In this paper, the author analyzed the 51st Imperial Diet Record (January to March in
1926) and matters decided upon by the Cabinet under Premier Wakatsuki Reijiro on the Imperial Ordinance Relating to the Establishment of Young Men's Training Institutes.
From the results, the author could make clear that the Education Ministry had actually changed to "the educatin department of the War Ministry". |
