| 抄録: | Tanaka Giichi who had founded the Imperial Military Reservist's Association after the
Russo-Japanese War in 1904-05, intended nationwide organization of young men's
associations and young women's associations in order to practice a military training for all
youths. That has become in earnest by the Instruction by both the Ministry of Education and
the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1915 on the Principles Relating to the Lead and the
Department of Young Men's Association.
In this paper, the author studyed on the process of the establishment of the DAINIPPON
RENGO‾ SEINENDAN and the DAINIPPON RENGO‾ JOSHI SEINENDAN. By this, the
author could make clear the roles of like-minded persons of Egi Senshi, Okada Ryohei, Ichiki
Kitokuro, Hirata To‾suke and leaders in the various places in the practice of a military training for all youths. |
